This form will help us design the perfect logo for you!
Please answer these few questions to the best of your ability
Communication is the key to this whole thing. The better you communicate to us the better and quicker your logo will be.

*When you give us all this information we will call you to confirm your order. We will then do a proof for you and will send it via e-mail. Typical turnaround time on getting the proof to you is about 48 hours or less. This includes one revision for free. The second one is $20. Once you check for typo's and approve the final proof we will ship your order.

Important: Once we design the logo and do a proof, it is assumed that you agree to the price and are committed to ordering the logo. Please don't let us design a logo for you only for you to call us back saying you don't want it anymore. A lot of time and energy is spent in making sure you have an awesome design. Thanks for your understanding.
